DWA Publishing 1st Quarter

DWA:

DWA 9/05/17
Imagination is more important than Knowledge. Do you agree or disagree? Explain:

Yes, I agree that imagination is more important than knowledge because if your job involves knowledge but not imagination, you might make a decent sum of money, but you won't be as happy as if you made less money but were pursuing something you are passionate about. Say working in an office versus being an author.

DWA //17
Would you rather give or get gifts?

Not to be selfish, but probably get because I want stuff, & there's nothing wrong with liking to get stuff more than to get stuff more than to give stuff even though the world tells us there is.

  2. I really like how you just stated exactly what you wanted to say. Everything was to the point and very obvious. Nice work!

  3. I agree with imagination being more important than knowledge. I feel like you could learn a lot inside your imagination. Great job!

  4. I like how your really blunt. It just seem that we need more outright blunt people and authors. I hate it when people take a million years to get to the point.

  5. I totally agree with you in the first post about imagination being more important than knowledge. After all, someone had to IMGAINE our NATION (Get it? ImagiNATION! I tried ;w;) However, I will disagree with you in the second post. Sure, there's nothing wrong with wanting gifts, but (for me) giving gifts feels really nice. When I see someone light up after giving them a gift, I feel really good! Um, also, what date was this? I don't really remember/can't find us having this DWA.

  6. Both of your comments are spot on with what I was thinking when I got to right them. With your second DWA, it is not selfish at all to prefer receiving gifts. I recently read a book called "The 5 Love Languages", which I highly recommend reading. You can borrow it if you like. It is about understanding and caring about yourself and others in your love language and their love language. According to what you said in your DWA, your primary love language (or one of) is gifts, and that is perfectly okay. That is just how you feel affection best. Just talk to me about if you want to read the book.

  7. I'd (respectfully) disagree with your first post, as I think that knowledge and creativity are equally important. They both feed each other. Without creativity there would be little knowledge, and without knowledge there'd be little creativity. However, I certainly see your point about that. Also, I like your honesty on the 2nd writing.
